Let's Go Fishing
A Place For Hope: Recovery and Wellness Center members took part in a fishing trip on Big Detroit Lake in Detroit Lakes, hosted by non-profit Lets Go Fishing. The rain provided perfect conditions for reeling in fish. Members eagerly anticipate sharing their fishing stories, with outings occurring every other week until September.

Let's Go Fishing operating largely on volunteer power, providing free on-the-water access to foster community connection and healing.
A Place For Hope is psychosocial rehabilitation center in Moorhead, that supports adults with mental illness through peer mentoring, social activities, and life skills training, operating on a clubhouse model. It offers a supportive environment to combat isolations, with activities like arts, crafts and community outings, and also runs a food shelf for community.
